These photos were taken right after we finished climbing a very steep hill during a hike. As my heart hammered around in my chest, I realized it'd be a great opportunity to help Levi become aware of the thumping in his chest. I placed his hand on his chest and had him feel the beating of his heart. I love his look in the second picture! He was really taking in something new.
